Welcome to Marin Private Car Services, where we strive to ensure a safe and enjoyable transportation experience. By engaging our private car service, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Booking and Confirmation:
All bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will be provided via email or text upon receipt of the deposit.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are eligible for a refund.
Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in the forfeiture of the full fare.
No-shows will be charged the full fare.
Payment:
We accept cash and all major credit cards for booking. We also accept Venmo for additional payments due and gratuities.
Credit card transactions can be securely processed through our booking system or over the phone.
Service Hours:
Our private car services are available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
Requests for services outside regular hours may be accommodated but are subject to availability and additional charges.
Additional Stops:
Additional stops during your journey may be requested but are subject to approval, availability and may incur additional charges.
Extended waiting times beyond the initially agreed-upon duration will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
Child Seats:
Child seats are available upon request. Please inform us of the number and age of children requiring seats at the time of booking.
Mechanical Breakdown and Responsibility:
Marin Private Car Services is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter. We are only responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed-upon date.
Damage and Sanitation Fees:
The client assumes full financial responsibility for any damage caused during the duration of the rental by any members of their party.
A sanitation fee of $1000 will be charged for an vomit or liquid spills.
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking and drug use are prohibited in the vehicle. All fines resulting from violations will be paid by the client. Any smoking or vaping will result in a $1000 sanitation fee.
Road Conditions and Delays:
We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic or unsafe road conditions.
Lost Articles:
For articles left in the vehicle during your ride, we will do our best to return them to the client.
Rate and Availability Changes:
Rates, ride, and tour availability are all subject to change at any time prior to booking/providing a deposit.
Special Events:
Certain special events may have higher rates or increased minimums, and these will be provided and explained at the time of your booking.
Capacity Limit:
Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity of 6 guests.
By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Marin Private Car Services reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with any changes communicated in advance.
